Dubai Parks and Resorts, developer of the regions largest integrated theme park resort, will open its doors to Emiratis across the country in its first UAE National Open Day this week as part of a series of roadshows across the UAE as it looks to empower and grow a new generation of talent for the theme park industry.

The open days, the first of which will take place on November 28 at Emirates Towers Godolphin Ballroom in Dubai, are designed to identify Emirati candidates for the exciting Forsati programme. Forsati, launched in September, 2015, is part of Dubai Parks and Resorts extensive Emiratisation programme, which is set to hire more than 1,000 UAE nationals in the next 12 months to compliment the Dubai Plan 2021 and the 7-Year National Agenda to promote Emiratisation and empower national talent.

The open day is one of several, which will take place between November and February 2016 across the UAE as Dubai Parks and Resorts looks to grow its workforce. The company has so far hired 30 Emiratis for its Helmi programme, which will see the first ten graduates receive a full scholarship to the University of Central Florida in Orlando, USA.
