Dubai Parks and Resorts PJSC (DFM: DUBAIPARKS), will become the regions largest integrated theme park resort comprising three separate theme parks and one water park:  motiongate™ Dubai, a Hollywood movie inspired theme park; Bollywood Parks™ Dubai, a first-of-its-kind entertainment destination that will showcase the authentic Bollywood movie experience; and LEGOLAND® Dubai, the first LEGOLAND® theme park in the Middle East; together with the LEGOLAND® Water Park.

The resort will also host Lapita™ Autograph Collection® Hotels, a Polynesian themed family hotel which will be managed by the Marriott Group, and Riverland™ Dubai, a centrally located waterfront retail, dining and entertainment district which connects the entire destination.

Set to open in October 2016, the large-scale AED 10.5 billion development is spread across 25 million square feet of land located on Sheikh Zayed Road opposite the Palm Jebel Ali in Dubai equidistant to Dubai and Abu Dhabi International Airports. 6.7 million ticketed visits are expected in 2017, the first full year of operation.

Dubai Park and Resorts PJSC was originally part of Meraas and listed on the Dubai Financial Market on the 10th of December 2014. 60% of our 6.3 billion shares are currently held by Meraas and 40% by public shareholders.
