The Board of Directors comply and intend to continue complying with the corporate governance requirements applicable to joint stock companies listed on the DFM as set out in the Governance Rules and Corporate Discipline Standards issued on 29 October 2009 pursuant to Ministerial Decree no. 518 (the Governance Rules).
