The Board of Directors of Dubai Parks and Resorts PJSC (the “Company”) is pleased to inform the shareholders that the nominations for the membership of an Independent Member to the Board of Directors will be open for a period from Sunday, 22/05/2016 to Tuesday, 7/06/2016.
The available Board of Directors position has been created following the amended Articles of Association approved at the Annual General Meeting held on the 18th April 2016. Each person that fulfils the nomination conditions, may nominate themselves, by submitting an application at the Company’s main office at Emaar Square, Building 1, Level 2, Downtown Dubai. The application must include a biography, relevant experiences and degrees.
